Terms of Service
Last updated: March 5, 2026
1. Services
Logos HQ provides AI consulting and multi-agent system deployment services. These include strategy calls, architecture audits, system deployments, and ongoing retainer engagements as described on our website.
2. Engagement Structure
All paid engagements begin with a scoping conversation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. No charges are incurred without explicit agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. For one-time engagements, payment is due at the start of the engagement unless otherwise agreed. For retainer engagements, payment is billed monthly. All amounts are in USD.
4. Intellectual Property
- Client deliverables: You own the outputs we produce for you — architecture blueprints, deployed systems, documentation, and code specific to your engagement.
- Our methodology: Logos HQ retains ownership of our general methods, frameworks, templates, and the metacognitive pyramid architecture. We may use generalized learnings from engagements to improve our services.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, workflows, or system details with third parties without your written consent. We may reference the engagement in anonymized form (e.g., industry and scope) for portfolio purposes unless you object.
6. AI Systems Disclaimer
AI systems are tools, not replacements for human judgment. While we design systems for reliability and accuracy, AI outputs should be reviewed before being used for critical decisions. Logos HQ is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Logos HQ' total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. For retainer engagements, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for one-time engagements are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
