What We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide our services and understand how visitors interact with our website:

• Contact information: Name and email address when you book a strategy call or contact us directly.
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Website analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that collects anonymous page views, referrers, and device types. No cookies are used. No personal data is collected by analytics.
• Assessment responses: The AI Readiness Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to any server and are not stored anywhere.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not build advertising profiles or share data with ad networks.
• We do not use your engagement data to train AI models for other clients.

How We Use Your Data

Contact information is used solely to communicate with you about services you've expressed interest in. We may send a follow-up email after a strategy call. We will never add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Data Storage and Security

Our infrastructure is hosted on Hetzner (Germany/US) with encrypted connections. Access to client data is restricted to the Logos HQ team. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted transport, access controls, and regular security audits performed by our Guardian agent.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Calendly: Appointment scheduling. Calendly Privacy Policy
• Umami: Self-hosted, cookieless analytics. No data leaves our server.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of any communications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
